Love the Color. It was a pain to put together. The fork was welded crooked so it leans to the left, almost tipped the bike over turning left the first time I rode it. I am having a hard time figuring out how to contact the company to see if they will send a new shock. The fender metal if very flimsy.

Bike was delivered on time! Angi personnel came to assemble 2 days later. During assembly discovered the shipment was missing many parts. Parts missing were 2 Rear fenders; 1 front fender; 2 rear reflectors; 3 spoke reflectors; multi-function screw driver; Shifter. I am going to contact Walmart to see when they will replace the missing parts - maybe they will read this and contact me first!?

Direct attachemeTo start, 1 part missing (front brake pads) v-break $20.99, the rear Derailleur nt was broken and we had to have it replaced $19.99, the chain con-link also replaced $5.99 and the labour cost to finish the bike rebuilding $100. I would also suggest the the instruction book should be totally re-done, very tough to understand. Our total extra costs is $146.97. I feel that this is not reasonable and to high an extra cost. I don't know what can be done on your part but it should be considered. We are a big Walmart customer in USA and Canada and have always been satisfied in our past purchases for many years. Hope to get a reply to our review. NOT equiped to send a picture attachement, Can you give us your email so we can send via Outlook or email address .

Bike came with missing parts and bending parts, talked to the Walmart agents, first time they told me I can returned to any store, I went to the store with heavy box in 95 degree then they told me return can not be accepted in the store , talked to another Walmart agent, asked me wait for 48 hours, no response, then talked to another Walmart agent, no response … this is just unacceptable

The Adult Tricycle is pretty. Arrived quickly. These are my concerns, 1) I was not able to afford the pre-arrival assembly of my trike. what was not told was that Walmart, close to me, will not assemble an unopened box in their stores. I could not afford the extra money during the original order. I then wonder how often this happens to other buyers? 2) I was able to find a shop that assembles tricycles. Near me. thankfully. 3) During assembly of my trike at their shop, the professional informed me that the tires were of poor quality. the beading was showing through the tires! All 3. Again, I wonder if assembly was done pre-arrival. if I was able to afford it, that is, would I be replacing these with new ones in less than a year? So. My recommendation is 1 star, for the yellow, and the quality of the frame.

The Rear Axle did not fit into the Frame.

gear didn't work hard to put together ,but not as hard as trying to get my money back

It was beat up and parts were open. Looks like it had been returned.
