Bentism Folding Shopping Cart with Rolling Swivel Wheels, Black

The first one I received, like the other reviews stated, the rear wheels kept calling off, not good on stairs due to placement of brakes and not good on uneven terrain. The second one, they sent no charge might I add, was fabulous! I will note, I switched the brakes to face the opposite way, I did this to try it on stairs, I will update once I try this idea. Still has the issue of not recovering well on uneven terrain. At least the wheels stay on this one and it wasn't backwards. It handles like a dream otherwise.

Pleasantly surprised how well constructed this basket on wheels is - had a little bit of confusing getting the back wheels on but finally figured it out. This is going to be perfect to haul heavier items from place to place and the plastic basket has a cover you can velcro in place to keep any rain out.

It's really great. The screen on the bottom keeps stuff from falling out. The only problem is the small wheels. They're not tall enough to go up my Apt. stairs.

For something that claims to be “heavy duty”, it felt very flimsy. If you are not on a completely flat surface, you feel the entire cart rattle and make noise like you're going over a gravel road. Just going around the block from my house and the wheels are already chipping away. I'm a tall guy so I had to really lean forward to avoid hitting the back wheels as I walked as it is much shorter than I expected and I felt if I put any amount of pressure on it it would collapse under the weight. Finally this cart is not recommended at all for going up stairs, the emergency brake will be activated as you pull it up and it will make the whole process more difficult than if you just take everything out of the cart and taking it up yourself, making it absolutely redundant.

it looks wonderful I used it once , the rear wheels keep falling off. I'm going to return it. I don't know if it's a factory defect. I don't carry heavy items. I really love the way it looks and handles. I'm going to check the reviews. if they're good I'll reorder it.

Would give a zero rating if I could. it came defective. The metal cart was assembled wrong. Backward. Folded the wrong way where you can't even use it. The parts look and feel sturdy quality but what good if it's unusable. Would not refund or replace.

The shopping cart is for real short people. Im a tall person. One back wheel keeps popping off as you fill the cart with groceries or laundry. It's not worth the money at all. Had to go out and purchase a much better quality cart.

Needed a cart that would go up/downstairs it did not grade well on the road were there were potholes, holes on sidewalk one wheel kept falling off. This was not a good fit for my level of activities
