the soldering on the feet or hooks was poor. we tried to put them in the ground after a good rain. It broke right off. Plus the soldering broke at the area where the pole were to go together. Most likely a defect. Walmart was great and I was able to return them. The manufacturer told Walmart they would reach out and they did not.
The poles are pretty, but they are very heavy. Like we dug them into the ground and they were falling, you are going to have to cement them. I thought they were easier to put into the ground.
I don't really like these. It was a little confusing to put together. I don't like how I have to put a whole string of lights through the square hook. I broke the lights I bought. Placing the pole into the ground bent the pole. Was thinking about retuning it.
posts are not as strong as stated on website and bend with the human hands if tried. tapping into ground, the metal bends easily. I do not know if they rust yet.
poles are poor quality and do not hold up a string of garden lights. one of the posts broke when installing in the ground. wouldn't recommend
Piece of garbage ! The forks get broken when you push to the ground/topsoil do not buy waste of money !!!! I waste $179.
The first time I tried to put one of these poles up, one of the two tines broke off. As I tried to insert with just the remaining 3 tines, it would not penetrate my ground. I tried to return and Walmart advised me that the seller was informed but I never received any feedback from that. I'm just stuck with one broken pole. I didn't try to install the other as I really needed two. The height would have been great. To nad there is no customer service from the seller.
Never received. Says it was delivered, but it never came.
The product is defective. It is unstable and does not stand straight in the ground. The seller is very hard to deal with and does not respond in a timely manner. Will be returning this product.
one of the ground stacks bent so bad the pole wouldn't go inside, they come in 3 pieces each and are held together by one butterfly nut so they wobble. if I could return them I would
