They didn't deliver my order of (blue) shoes for months, then delivered the wrong color (black). Then they offered to send the "right" color (brown). I corrected them that I ordered BLUE shoes and never heard from them again. I finally asked for a refund and Walmart did so. The black shoes they left here are cheaply made and flimsy --not something you want in a running shoe. They were not comfortable, ran small and I donated them to The 'Will.
I don't think it was a communication problem, I think it was a lack of concern for their customer. When they originally offered to make it right, I accepted, but looking back, offering the wrong color shoe again probably meant that they'd run out of blue or something and just didn't want to refund my money --so they just ignored the issue, hoping I'd forget.
I wouldn't buy from them again if you paid me. I ordered the shoes 7 months ago and just got my refund (late May). I followed all the required steps and both emailed them and used Walmart's messaging system to contact them and got no response. Buyer beware.
