Got theses for my daughter for christmas.. They are great quality and very soft.

Ordered size 9-10 and received size 7-8. waited from 12/13/25 to 12/26 for delvy. This was intentionally sent in the wrong size. Being a 3rd party shipper, I will keep and give away. No packing slip or invoice included and was shipped with another pair and squished together with clear tape binding for small, rectangled package. Other pair was size 9-10 as ordered. DISSAPPOINTED!

I have reached out several times for a refund. charge was refunded however was notified the item was delivered which it was not and I was charged again I've never left a bad review! This one I will for lack of communication as these were a gift for an elder with diabetes!

Do not purchase I placed an order which was supposed to arrive two days later the day of delivery I received an email saying it's delayed then two days later an email saying in transit the day of the new delivery date I received an email saying it's cancelled smh so disappointed because I could have gotten them from 5 below when I saw them before they were sold out but I was waiting on these to come
