Fantastic product. I have been buying bottled water for years. Could immediately tell the difference in taste. Even the coffee taste better. Would recommend the Berkey to everyone that is looking for a in home water filtration system.

Water filter
In these times after helene i was extremely disappointed when we received the wrong water filtration system. My daughter lives in black mountain and only have dirty water. When i called immediately to say of the mistake i was told it took 3 days to get approval for exchange then 5-7 days for delivery. This was unacceptable given the circumstances.
