Excellent quality
Very happy with this purchase. Described as a factory blemish and I can not find a single thing wrong with it. Easy to assemble and the best tasting water I have ever had. Highly recommend!

Big Berkey is a great fit for our skoolie!
Blemish??? I don't see one. I got my big Berkey all set up and I love it! The water is virtually tasteless and makes me want to drink more of it!

Berkeley water filtration system
I purchased a scratch and dent model. It had a barely discernible scratch and was otherwise perfect! The water tastes amazing!

Arrived late
The product is as advertised, Big Berkey blemished model. schedued to arrive on 12th, delayed until 13th, when Fedex says that they haven't received the item. After checking on the 16th. the vendor says that they havent shipped yet, but will ship sometime during that week.

Disappointed.
We have hard water here and the coffee pot gets pretty crusty. I hoped the Berkey filter would remove the dissolved solids in the water. After a month of using only Berkey filtered water in a clean coffee pot, it is now also crusted with lime scale.
