Great product when used in warm conditions
Not as good now that temp is dropping. During the summer, used a small octopus hook through top and out bottom. Small split shot or two about a foot above hook. Just kinda swam it back slowly with different movements. Caught tons of smallies and rock bass in local river.

Soft Bait
Very good bait. Great for bluegill. Always consistent at our lake here in Huntington Beach. Easy to cut and shape to your individual preferences on the hook. Highly recommend.

Buy it and Try it!
Assemble it with any jig head and it works like a charm! So far it has been my favorite! If you are targeting big ones you may find it attracting too many small fishes, but definitely great for starters.

Great for flounder,trout,an drum

Great bait for bluegill. Use for bass also. Great action underwater. Been using this bait successfully for some time. Great product.

Berkley Gulp bait is the best. Very realistic look and color for this item. So much easier than trying to deal with the real thing!

Not a live minnow but good to have in the box
Works like it's supposed to, not a live minnow but good to have in the box for quick trips out or those unexpected 'impulsive' stops. Troll alongside boat and you'll get a good look at it's lifelike action. Went out with a friend who said these don't work but he had way too much weight (he said for easier casting)... do not overweight it, that kills the 'fishy' action. Works pretty good on a drop shot if your in decent current poking about

Not as good
I love the Gulp Minnow in the standard colors but this is the second metallic type I've used and they're not as good. They are more firm than the others and I think it turns fish off. I'll get test bites but no real takers. Give me the watermelon minnow any day!
