I have MCAS and take Dr directed ./x's day to help control my mast cell activation subfloor triggers. My daughter takes 10 mg for the days readon. Noy giving medical advice. Judy sharing they it's very important to tank to your decor otc MCAS stabilizers too. This brand and seller exceeded expectations

It helps with acid reflux. I take in evening as needed. Pills small but need to be swallowed quickly to keep taste off tongue.

Expiration dates do matter.
I cannot tell any difference between these and the name brand. They work equally well. My only concern is the expiration date. It is three months from my purchase date and I won't use 200 tablets in that time.
