Berkley PowerBait® Natural Scent Trout Bait

I always used florescent red until this year and always did just fine . I was told to try this color by a guy who caught 40 that morning so I tried it and caught 2 trout within the first ten minutes. I've been out fishing again several times using the corn colored power bait and just killin em every time! The price is right and it works well! Happy fishing, y'all!

Trout love this stuff. I have caught several this Trout season and so has my boyfriend. We both have a jar. I will never Trout fish without having a jar of it.

Always been a huge powerbait dough fan and the cheese scent has been another smash hit for me. i think the combination of the yellow color and the scent really does it for a lot of trout. I caught this 23 inch rainbow with it on a regular Carolina rig with about 2 feet of leader and a size 10 baitholder hook while everyone else was getting skunked.

I use powerbait for trout when bank fishing. It floats. I tried this color in darker colored water and it worked great. Sometimes changing up the color gets bites.

This is one of the best baits for stocked trout. I've caught many this season on this bait.

the corn bait is a bit softer then some of the others so it is a bit easier for the fish to steal it

The natural scent alone proved completely ineffective in attracting the target. I then tried adding additional scent sources after testing it consistently for two days, but there was still no success. Furthermore, I embedded a small mealworm within the setup to see if it would improve attraction, but that also yielded no results. Overall, the attempt was unsuccessful.
