Bernat Jumbo 100% Polyester Thistle Yarn, 18 yd

Bright Rainbow by Bernat is a beautiful array of colors to work with. I have found children and adults alike love the bright colors of the rainbow around their neck in the form of a winter scarf. I find the yarn easy to work with. The only problem that I have experienced is being able to find the skeins. It is as if the company has quit producing this particular color.

I LOVE the Bernat Blanket Alize-EZ Yarn for making blankets!! It’s so soft! I’ve made over 15 and each one was made for someone special in my life. Fortunately , I can make one quite quickly with this type of yarn. The one that I’m working on now is bittersweet. I wanted to make a blanket for my friend who is battling cancer now. He is a fellow veteran in my Disabled American Veterans chapter. I thought it would be nice for him to have to take to his chemotherapy treatments to keep him warm. Unfortunately, he has been sent home on hospice and they have said that he probably has a couple of months left. I know that he will love it, nevertheless.

My granddaughter loves loop yarn and makes scarves and cowls to sell at craft fairs. Bernal Alize-ez blanket yarn is her favorite brand of loop yarn. She especially likes the rainbow color and made a beautiful cowl out of it. It was shipped, and arrived in excellent condition, in a timely manner, and was packed well to withstand the trip from the warehouse to my house. I highly recommend this product

I love this yarn. I am in my seventies and can't handle knitting/crochet needles any more. This Bernat Alize Blanket-EZ Yarn is perfect for me, as I can knit just using my fingers! That gives me more control. I ordered the powder pink, as that is my granddaughter's favorite color, and I am hoping to have a blanket done in time for her graduation.

I can’t knit, and I can barely crochet so I love this yarn. It’s super easy to work with. It holds up well in the wash. It’s soft and cozy and makes a great baby blanket for a baby shower gift. So easy and fun and great quality!

What a beautiful colour this gray is. It looks almost silver and has a bit of a blue undertone. I am very pleased with the quality and it works up quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to make something for a cousin. Love the color combination. Only had 1 skein that had some bad spots, but I made it work. Loop yarn is the only yarn I buy, I love it, so easy. I haven't ventured out on new stitches or patterns, just the simple example given. Maybe one day.

The yarn quality is inconsistent, at best. Sometimes it is full and fluffy and sometimes it is flat and scraggly. Some skeins are super soft and some are rougher feeling. This batch had yellow coloring on the white parts on several of the skeins, almost looked like pee. Not thrilled with the quality but the yarn is very easy to use.

The Candy Pink yarn has been the worst Bernat Alize Blanket EZ yarn I have received. There were many thin/thready loops. Some of the yarn balls had a lot of knots and one in particular had a large knot where the yarn had been tied together. The yarn also shed alot. Just terrible.
