I wish they had more variety of yarns in store because I like to see and feel it in person but this was a great purchase. It was delivered within 3 days and the yarn is very soft, silky and just very pretty.
I was so disappointed when I couldn't find this yarn in any store. Then I came home, ordered it and it was here it two days. I can now finish my daughters baby blanket after 3 years. I'm So very excited. I will definitely order more and again!
I've ordered lots of yarn before and am quite happy with all that I have gotten, but this order was just shipped so your email review is a little premature. When I receive it I will let you know what I think about it.
This lovely soft yarn has a beautiful sheen and nice hand, but be careful to choose the right project for it. I made a stunning cardigan in the red, but got super pilly in less than a month specifically on a spot where my purse rubbed. Wish I'd known as this took a lot of work. Don't use this for a project that will see a bit of friction, otherwise you're golden
Am making a blanket out of it in 2 colors of stripes. Doesn't pill; knits up nicely. I didn't realize WalMart carried this yarn-I've been buying it elsewhere for more money.
Cheaper than competing vendors. Comment: Please remove "Ombre" from the product title; it gives customers the impression that the color of the yarn consists of gradating (varied) hues, when that is not the case.
I love this yarn and it came promptly. I noticed this yarn is not labelled the same as the real color names from Bernat which make it difficult. Also, the color/picture and descriptions don't match.
I purchased this yarn to make a baby blanket and while it is soft, I found it difficult to work with because it kept splitting. I ended up buying something else for my project. I won't buy it again. I prefer the feel of natural fiber. The color was really nice though.
On my first skein of this yarn, and it is just a mess of tangles and knots and general yarn barf. I don't think I'm going to be able to use it without rewinding it, and I don't have a yarn winder at present. I have this yarn in other colours (bought from other places), and I haven't had any issues like this with other skeins so far. When I reach into the centre of the ball and feel around, it's just a mass of knots in there! Colour is fine and all, but what a mess...
This yarn is not Ombre dyed in the least, and so is mislabeled. What I received, is not what I thought I had purchased.
