The shipment was sent out early, and arrived in a fairly manageable package. It was fairly straightforward to assemble, but you will need better tools than what came with the product. The appearance is what is shown in the picture, so there were no surprises when it was installed. I am very pleased with the outcome, and would not hesitate to recommend it.

I needed to decorate my pool area and was looking for a red swing. This color is not red but it's a very nice deep color that adds the perfect pop of color to an outdoor decor. Color compliments my other red decor chair padding nicely (I actually like this color better). Super sturdy and the padding is just right. Seats 3 comfortably. I saw several swings in the stores that were smaller & looked cheaply made. I agree with another review, padding isn't tied/secured to the base of the swing, it's the only negative. And it's so well made it doesn't bother me. I love how the top shade tilts in a wide range to shade the area no matter where the sun is. Perfect for swinging sweet babies while you watch your big babies swing! If you are on the fence, BUY IT! For $200 this swing is a steal!

The splendor you receive while sitting on your deck overlooking your pond while swinging. So Nice! Thank you! It took my son a few hours to put the swing together. He put the arm bars on backwards and then had to redo the swing. He finally completed it. The directions for putting the swing together are not clear. It took me 15 minutes by looking at the pictures to figure out what my son did wrong. Instructions need improving upon. I am enjoying the swing. My sister is going to buy one too. Better for the money then what Amazon is offering.

The box arrived completely destroyed. There were scratches on the metal fixtures. And there was lots of mold on the cloth seating. Overal, the swing itself is ok quality. I dont think its $300 worth of quality. The metal isnt as strong as Id like and I wouldnt sit more than two people on the swing. I would give it a 3 star rating out of 5 for the quality and a 1 star for the damage and mold.

Moldy cushion after first rain!!! Bought this swing in May and have always taken the cushions in when not in use. They were accidentally left outside and after two days with rain one of the cushions was completely saturated with water and was covered with brown mold spots. This is completely unacceptable. This is an OUTDOOR SWING!!! It should be waterproof!! I bought the Walmart protection plan and will be contacting them today. Will update with results.

Hey shoppers, be aware I purchased this product less than a year ago and this product is very weak it breaks off so easily. Please save you money and DO NOT BUY this I'm attaching photos as well of how it broke off. Maybe purchase an extra warranty and add more money. So sad this is such a waste.

Terrible swing. Be aware. I purchased this swing late last summer and it seemed too good to be true. Looked wonderful. Fast forward to only a few months later - the frame (which BCP says is SOLID construction) is very rusty - in fact, so rusty that the frame is falling apart and the swing is too dangerous to use now as it can flip any time. BCP customer service is also terrible - only has a 60 day warranty (prob b/c they know how quickly the swing rusts and breaks down). I recommend you use your money on another swing from walmart- for this price, you can get a much sturdier swing with another brand.

I bought the Best Choice Product Maroon Patio Swing and it seemd nice when I assembled it, BUT 3 months later the color has tremdously faded! I have reached out to Walmart -who has been great with communication- and they directed me to the manuafacture Best Choice Products. I caled them with my issue and they are telling me nothing can be done because the return policy has passed. This is “supposed” to be weather resistent and you can see from my photos how faded this item is just within 3 months. I posted a pic. to show the side of the cushion that had not been in sunlight vs the faded cushions that have been in sunlight. Definitely not worth the money, save your $200 !

This thing barely lasted a year outside. Had this Item for 4 months before the metal started to RUST. Also the seat cushions started to tear and rip. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me the warranty only covers 60 days. Then contacted the extended warranty plan on walmart's site and was told that rust, and cushions tearing were not a covered issue. Complete waste of money

Was so excited for this swing!! after we put it together we realized the canopy was ripped . I called customer service unfortunately they could not replace the peace they offered a discount credit. On top of the canopy being ripped the swings cushion was so thin and generic u can feel the metal right through the seating. not worth the price. imo we live and we learn.
