Exactly what we needed
Perfect for our needs. We had to have an insert installed because the chimney wasn't safe for fires. The insert has a blower, but we wanted to be able to leave the door open and two dogs were going to be laying down in front of it. Leaving the door open allowed pops and sparks to shoot out. The floor is hard rock, but the dogs aren't. This completely blocks the little explosions that were escaping. Love it!

Beautiful Fireplace Screen
It's beautiful and is a good weight, well made. Unfortunately it was not large enough for the opening of my fireplace.

Perfect
As described with fast, on time delivery. We needed something flush with the opening to keep cats out. This screen is freestanding, would be fine alone, but also makes a secure backdrop to the decorative screen we were already using.

I like this fireplace screen
It covers nicely. It's not too heavy and the handles make it convenient to move. I was worried they would get hot but that hasn't been an issue. My fireplace covers a whole wall so the size is not a problem. I can see this would not work well in limited space. It seems well made and was easy to assemble.

Wish it was taller!
This was a pretty good dupe for the pottery barn fireplace screen, although I ended up returning it because it was too short for our fireplace opening as well as the finish wasn't exactly what I was looking for.
