POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Tree itself is nice but ours arrived with a section of lights not working and could not get them to work. When i emailed the seller about a replacement strand they never got back to me. Tree itself is decent but customer service is not (Even a sorry we cant do that would have been sufficient)

Tree is nice but it doesn't look as shown in the picture where branches go all the way to the bottom, they might've given me a different style

The tree wasn't very full. It had a branches missing. But I did get it half price. I wouldn't have given full price for it.

Easy to put together, but it was not what I ordered, it was a 3ft tree, I bought it early and didn't open the box until I was ready to set up. Too late to return at that date. Deceiving description. It would be perfect in a small child's room.

cheaply made don't buy it
it's very sparse, in addition to being very cheaply made. Part of a branch fell off in my hand while hanging an ornament on it. very disappointing.
