I love this chair. It was on sale at a fantastic value. I paid to have it assembled. I bought it for my wife who is in a nursing home. She loves it. It raises electronically The heat and massage work well. There are several message options and two intensities. Everything works. It also helps to lift her to standing. It is exactly what she needed. I would definitely recommend this chair. Maybe I'll buy one for myself.

i definitely like the convenience of the chair. as I am disabled and I can't walk very well on my legs because I have lymphedema and this is perfect for me it lifts my legs straight out above my heart almost and also lift me up out of the chair where I don't have to use my knees with her bone on bone to lift up otherwise I wasn't able to come out into my living room and watch TV or visit with company because I couldn't get out of the couch or loveseat because they were way too low. so I'm very happy and very impressed with the quality of the chair and it is everything I expected thank you

item arrived ahead of time, assembly was quick and easy, chair sets firmly and getting up a breeze as well as reclining. love the front and side pockets sling with the 2 cup holders and having a usb charger is a plus.

The fabric isn't as soft as I thought it would be, but it's definitely durable. I would also like to have the controls for the recliner on the remote, and not just the heat/massage.

My father absolutely loves the chair... he's 86 years old and so happy to have a chair that helps his quality of life.. it's very easy to use...I really recommend this chair. DO NOT GET THE CHAIR ASSEMBLY! IT REALLY ISN'T GOOD. 👎🏾

Good choice for those looking for a medium-firm recliner with good features. The fabric is much better than the bonded leather stuff that always peels after a year or so.

The seat could be a little wider, and the arms could be a little higher up. Otherwise, overall, great chair. Oh, and the timer for the massage in heat should be 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes

the heat and vibrate mechanisms are to close to the surface it is uncomfortable pokes u in the back like laying on stones

Heating and massage elements stopped working within 3 months no response from best choice products after multiple emails trying one more to reach out. Guess we will see how it goes
