Fair for the price. Upside: no need to visit massage salon. Downside:a bit painful on my ankle with kneading movement. The heating effect is quite right on my foot. Overall. We love it.

Welp...I changed careers %26 now work in construction. Standing on my feet all day making money NO LONGER looks easy. I researched several machines, and this is the best because it massages my FEET, CALVES or LEGS. I can use the massage machine on the floor, in front of my recliner. Or, lying down in my bed. The remote is a BONUS because I can turn the machine on/off, change massage direction, massage pressure and add heat. I like that I can unzip the footpads %26 wash them, if needed. If you work on your feet all day, have plantar fasciitis or home pedicures...this machine is worth every penny to me. EXTRA BONUS...if you do home pedicures, purchase the Ampro or Dr. Schools foot masks/booties. Slip on the booties with the exfoliating product in it, then let this machine massage/exfoliate your feet, shower=ITS A GOOD TIME! WARNING: Hide it, because no one wants to pay for it, but EVERYBODY wants to use it or steal it.

Overall, I like this for massager. It is a little 'rough' with the pressure but tolerable and my feet feel great after 15 minutes. I love the heat feature since my feet are always cold but others in the family use it without the heat because their feet are always warm. It is very easy to use. My only complaint about the item is that edges are very sharp if you need to adjust it's position without actually picking it up. I actually cut my finger once already. I'll be more careful on the future. This massager is certainly worth the money and I'd buy it again.

The heat is a red light but doesn't acrually provide heat and the massage can only be used on feet without pain and if you put your foot in too forward or back in the massage areas it will hurt you. Too forward and the metal bar on the outside massager will hurt your ankle bone. The compression is too strong for calf or forearm.

Neither my husband nor me could tolerate the discomfort. will be returning. i do not recommend.

There is no way to change the tightness . It's weak in areas and the massaging nubs inside are thin. I like the fact that it's like “pop sockets “ but they fold inwards with the slightest touch. Plus I'm pretty sure the heating feature is just red lighting under the very thin fabric that covers the massage area.

I regret having bought this product, I made this purchase because I needed it for mom, I live in Venezuela and unfortunately I sent it from Miami to Venezuela and when the item arrived it did not work. I can prove that it came in poor condition and in my country it is impossible to make a return because it would be more expensive. A solder on the card was damaged

The heating element didn't work. The remote control didn't work. I read the reviews I should've known.
