I purchased this children's complete drum set in BLUE(it comes in several different colors) for my 5 years old Grandson for Christmas. It states that it's recommended for ages 3+ years. His eye lit up and he couldn't even speak because he was so EXCITED! He loves music and enjoys making his own. This was a perfect gift for him. It came complete with 2 toms, 1 bass drum, 1 cymbal, 2 drum sticks, and a cushioned stool. It was very easy to assemble with written instructions that were very easy to follow with uncomplicated illustrations. I bought the 13" kids Drum Set for my 4yr old Grandson. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!The Quality of the Drums are Very Solid and Built to last. The Heads were not the best but incredible for a 4 yr old. I do recommend the HighHat cause every one uses it for first beats. For the price and quality you wont find anything better

A little small. The symbol goes down and the drum gets lose.

Decent little kit with a decent sound, but everything comes loose too easily causing parts to fall off or the toms to swing around. Mine is missing a leg (got lost) and the company does not sell individual parts... so if you're outside of your warranty and something happens, you can't order parts to fix which is wild to me. So I have to makeshift a leg for it to properly balance.
