this item was a birthday gift for our great Granddaughter for her 3rd birthday...she loves gifts with mutiple componets/pcs. The unit requires 2 different battery 🔋 sizes the smaller battery is included ( button camera style) the 2 AAs were not provided. My adult daughter had a cold and my great granddaughter was more that eager to use her medical kit in making her better.. The item ships in the mfgs.package within a shipping box.. there are similar items but they arrive with scrubs/or medical coat KID SIZE...and are avaliable in blue or pink .

It's an amazing toy! When my little girl opened this birthday present this is all she wanted to play with for weeks %26 weeks!! The reason I give it 4 stars is because it's top heavy unless you have something setting on the bottom tray it falls over!!

It comes with some really cool stuff. It comes with a good bit of stuff and I would have gave it five stars, but it is extremely flimsy. It needs to be made more sturdy if it was made more sturdy for $36. It should not be flimsy. I was very disappointed in it being flimsy I mean for $36. It could be a better quality harder plastic instead of just something that if you push it, it falls over or falls apart.

Poor quality, no instructions, overpriced for the quality of product. Missing a tire in the box, was a Christmas gift so didn't want to take it back after my niece was already so disappointed. Sticker didn't have instructions to tell where each one went.

Bought for my two grandchildren it is cute but very flimsy falls over constantly. The accessories are better than the cart itself. They end up just taking the screen part off and playing with that by itself. Would not recommend is pretty annoying it doesn't stand well.

All of the accessories are flimsy and easily split apart when barely pushed to changed such as the thermometer. The cart falls apart and my daughter loves it but gets so frustrated. It isn't stable. It looks like there should be two poles to connect the top tray and bottom but there isn't. Cheap plastic waste of money and frustrating to kids. Also dangerous as the accessories come apart with small pieces inside.

Ordered this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. First off Came very poorly packaged, box had a little damage. No biggie Assembly had zero instruction and came with ZERO stickers to put on the play set so it's completely BLANK No visual… no play pretend vitals.. no nothing Just the stand and the pieces…..also with zero stickers!! Do not buy this product. BCP will not help by sending/replacing the stickers. They'll just have you return it through Walmart, So now my daughter is heartbroken watching her Christmas gift get returned because no one wants to provide the stickers that should have came with it…. EVEN IF I PAYED EXTRA to have them (which I shouldn't have to do) Walmart should not be selling this product for them

Item is top heavy so it tips over often. Monitor broke off the cart after a day from tipping over. Carrying case arrived cracked. Quality doesn't match the price. Returning.

I ordered it 2 and a half weeks ago. I have not received it yet. My grand daughter is going to be disappointed if I don't get it for her soon it will be to late to order to get it before christmas
