This guitar is perfect for someone starting out. I’m a total beginner and it’s been awesome to learn on. The mix of steel and nylon strings is super comfortable and sounds great, no issues at all, and it comes with some nice accessories too like picks, strap and extra strings! Highly recommend if you’re just getting into guitar.

I love my little guitar and everything that came with it. I was able to tuned it up and it was so easy to place the strap. I’m practicing now. It’s worth the price. I’m glad I remembering how to play guitar again because I’m at home with more time to do what I like : music. Thank Walmart, I always find everything I need there!

This was my daughter's Christmas wish for months now and it was such a big deal that we couldn't wait to give it to her. it's a beautiful guitar and the tuner that came with it, is perfect for beginners. we love the pick holders in the strap! that is such a perfect place to store the picks!

PERFECT for my 9-year-old grandson.. Right size and It is beautiful!!! The blue is stunning.. He is so excited to learn! The guitar sounds great! Comes with almost everything you need to get them started. We also purchased a beginners learning book for kids to help him also.

Very disappointed. Even the fact that it was a cheap buy, when I received it it had blemishes all over the paint job; it was not completely buffed out. And secondly it does not hold a tune at all. I have to tune it all over again every time I pick it up. My previous guitar I didn’t have to tune every single time, of course it was a better made better quality guitar. I was so looking forward to this purchase and didn’t mind buying the guitar at that price. And because of the price I don’t want to go through the trouble of returning it. I am sure my grandchildren will love playing it. I hope others have better luck.

I ordered this for my wife. She said she wanted an inexpensive guitar to practice on. I read the reviews and this seemed like it would work. However, the finished product was far from " finished". Where they had cut into the neck to place them tuning screw was completely unsanded and they simply painted over the rough, very rough, cut outs. There was a place on one of those cutout slots that had a big splinter. I contacted the company, sent them picture. After they reviewed the pics they said they would refund the purchase price and i could dispose of or recycle this guitar any way i saw fit. I have not received the refund yet but it hasn't been 5 business days yet.

For a $40 beginner guitar I didn't expect the quality to be great, and it lived up to that expectation. Its very lightweight and light on quality. Out of the box the strings where so loose that they where literally dangling off of the neck and after tightening they needed to be stretched and re-tuned to get them to hold tune for any length of time. The freight board is not very well finished. The fret wires are covered in wood stain from the neck. There are no fret markers to indicate 1st, 3rd, 5th etc which isn't the best for an absolute beginner. After taking some time to setup the tuning it plays OK. Came with a nice tuner and a bag to keep it clean. There only seems to be a peg to attach the included strap at the body end. Great beginner guitar for a young kid or if you want to see if their going to stick with guitar before spending a lot of money.

Not happy with this item. When it finally did arrive, it has nicks on the edges, there was trash inside the guitar, having to tune it several times a day, it won’t stay tuned. I actually cancelled this order, after waiting six days. It arrived 15 minutes after I canceled. I realize we had weather issues, but the communication was lacking and no one seemed to be listening to me.

The guitar is poorly constructed. It arrived damaged and the paint was coming off . Additionally, this is not a guitar that you would want to learn on as a beginner sine it is poorly considered and you will probably get frustrated and wouldn’t want to continue learning .

opened up the box guitar was loosely packaged, only 2 little pieces of cardboard folded in half to hold it in place. Strings were all corroded (for the price cant expect much) i figured no big deal i could spend a few more dollars on some new strings. Took it to the local music store and he said if i remove the strings the tret will fall off.. Very poorly made.. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY, DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Really disappointed too because it was a birthday gift for a little boy with autism and intellectual disability my sister is adopting; was looking forward to a jam session on his birthday with the 2 of us. Anyways I posted pictures of how it was packed, removed the white wrapping stuff for visual purpose, you can also see how bad the strings are, and both sides of the fret.
