great size and quality material -- would have been better if equipment came with instructions of the different ways to use
Just what I expected! Easy to put together and comfortable to use.
Very nice, works the AB's very hard. Great for toning the core area. One disappointment was the fact that there is no users guide. You see pics on the website regarding doing Hyperextensions but it's not really obvious how this is supposed to work. Overall very nice piece of equipment at a very affordable price.
1. Cannot get bench seat into a horizontal position; it starts out only in a 30 degree slant with further declines from that point. 2. The bench seat is much too small for my body size; I am 6'2'' and hang uncomfortably off the end. If I knew it had no horizontal setting and that the bench was only 22" in length [way too short], I would not have purchased it; neither of these were stated in the Specs.
the idea is good, i was about to buy a similar product at Amazon but the product cost $150, I felt this was a bargain at the time I bought it. it works well for doing crunches but if you are shorter than 5,6 consider skipping this, I am 57 and barely can use it. if you want to use this for the side crunches its so uncomfortable that its not usable for that
