Best Fitness BFSM250B Smith Machine

This piece of equipment is everything I could have asked for. It's very sturdy and the vertical bar that the weight slides along is as smooth as any Smith Machine I've used in a gym. The only thing to know about it is that it does move ever so slightly while in use but putting any kind of weight on it solves this issue with no problem. I simply placed a dumbbell along one of the bars and haven't had any movement since. I would also like to say that it was really easy to put together and the instructions were clear but I did have to have another person help with placing the horizontal bar that runs across the top. Ultimately if you are in the market for something like this then for the price it can't be beat.

A good lower alternative to the expensive Smith machines. Mostly negatives but for price I cannot complain;an observed things I experienced. Let's go: you need two people for the final assembly step, short people will experience problems for the last step but a stool would work, the top bar is over 6 foot. It is necessary to use a silicon lubricate , the rails do not slide easily. The last is weight maximum-instructions state a maximum of 300 lbs. I do not know about that. I Don't lift heavy so I am fine. I will suggest no more the two 45 lbs plate on each side.
