If you take a niacin derivative, you need TMG
Your body needs tmg when you take any niacin type product. I worked out for a month and then added 5g Creatine Monohydrate %26 7 grams of TMG. My workout numbers doubled over the next month. While I probably wasn't at my peak before the additional supplements, the sudden jump in performance has to be attributable to their effect on my body.

I like the plastic bottle instead of flimsy bags. Have not tried the powder yet but will get back on that.

This is truly betaine anhydrous!
This smells and looks just like betaine anhydrous, so I'm going to say that it is legit. As for functionality, I'm yet to use it in my formulations, but I will update this review as soon as I use it.

TMG powder is good value, versatile for dosages that vary from person to person. Store away from heat and shake powder to avoid clumping
