They are well packaged and very clear with information and instructions on the package. I was slightly put off by the size of the pills and the taste it was a bit much for me. Instructions for serving are two pills three times a day which is quite a bit. That amount does not seem like the best value. I do like that it supports digestive health and female hormones. Smaller capsules would be easier for some that may have a hard time swollowing large pills. Also a once a day serving would fit better into most lifestyles.

deregulated my supply. 3 days of taking it and it almost dried up my supply completely. 1st day i thought it was working because i was leaking which i never did so I continued taking it but then dropped an average 8 ounces per pump session. this product messed up the "let down" so i wasnt getting anything. i started to panic and had to supplenent formula for a couple feedings. the day i stopped was the day i got my supply back. be careful mommas!
