I have been taking one capsule (@ 200 mg) every day for several weeks and find this subject to be extremely well-tolerated.

Supports bone health

Vitamin D is a vital fat-soluble vitamin that helps regulate calcium and phosphorus in the body. These tablets absorb fast and are easy to digest. A super value for how many you get. I know my body and bones have the perfect vitamin D level. I definitely recommend taking it as part of your dietary needs.

Its a important vitamin for bone health
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Calcium D is very useful for me because it's helps me with getting more calcium and D Vitamins in my diet along with all the nutrients I need to get to maintain a balanced diet. The bottle does give value for its money and the texture is very small its doesn't really bother me when I drink water. The packaging has all the information you need for your reference and explains why everyone should take due to bone health.

one bottle only lasts ten days
The directions says to take 2 tablets 3 times a day. This means that a bottle will last ten days. So for a month supply the cost is $30. Pretty expensive for an off brand
