Tried it for couple days taking it one in the morning and one at night. So far I can't feel the difference. I guess the only difference is popping seems smoother. I have not felt a difference while taking them for a while but do have a check with my doctor in 2 month so I can definitely come back and see if there have been any changes.

I have a fatty liver and i get my labs done every three months so I was wanting to see if my labs came back any better but I will put an update when I find. However, upon further examination I saw that there was actually no benefit to a liver detox as your body does that for you. I tried them anyways, and I honestly feel the same. Maybe this product would work better for someone who needs it more, but no downsides!
