Good overall eye health supplement
I have issues with my eyes and eyebright is a staple in my medicine cabinet. You have to take it for a while to see results, so stick with it. You'll feel a difference. This is a good supplement for overall general eye health, especially for ageing eyes. Take this along with the areds 2 for additional support.

True story, it clear my eyes until I don't has dry eyes or cloudy vision any more. I think in my opinion I see better more clearer as time passes by. So I'll keep using it little while longer.
