I'm no expert on this matter, but the smell, taste and feeling seems right. I can smell this stuff through my sweat, so i know it's working and better than the last brand i tried. For anyone who hasn't tried fenugreek, I'd recommend it for any age group. It feels more like an energy pill, that actually works.

I use fenugreek all the time to smell better, especially in hot weather. I like the product itself (it works!) and it's larger packaging so it lasts longer and eliminates the need of frequent reordering. Will order again.
