Had my doubts about this. I searched for a therapeutic dosage online and after taking three large horse pills (daily), over the course of maybe a week and a half, I started to notice a difference in my post menopausal self. Less hot flashes, more vavoom!
Came in a good time frame and packaged well.
I haven't been taking this item for a long time but it seems to give me more energy

I have not noticed a difference. I have had results with other brands in gelatinized powder form. I have had no change in my libido with this brand. I dont recomend this brand
