Best Naturals Konjac Root Glucomannan Weight Management Supplement, 2,000 mg, 1 lb

I've been taking the capsule supplements every day for months and having to take three of those puppies is a lot to swallow and they have additional ingredients in them. The powder has no added ingredients and no flavor. Absolutely perfect. Keep this available at a decent price and I will keep buying this product.

We love to use glucomannan as a thickener in smoothies, sauces, puddings, and more. It's great to combine with stevia for those on a sugar-free or lower carb diet.

Easy to use for Keto gravies!

I bought this for gluten free bread, to use instead of gums. I've only mused it once, but it seems to have done it's job.

This is a great substitute for flour or corn starch as thickeners when on a low carbohydrate diet.

The value is great from this brand, but I'm not so sure about the quality. I use it to make konjac noodles. I haven't had trouble making these noodles in the past, but with this brand I can't seem to get consistent results. It's been a long time since I've made konjac noodles though so it could be that I'm just out of practice.

Order the capsules instead because it's very hard to blend! It just swells up the second it contacts moisture and that's unpalatable y'all <3 Otherwise it's actually a good product. It really does expand so don't take more than 1/2 LEVEL teaspoon per meal!!!!

when i got this I put 1 tsp in water and stirred. all I got was some white clumps, indicating a huge fail. Big white clumps watery liquid is not how real glucomannan behaves when it's decent quality. That's actually the classic signature of low-purity konjac or a filler-diluted product. Here's what should happen: True konjac glucomannan is insanely water-loving. When hydrated properly, it should: Instantly swell Thicken the entire water volume, not just form clumps Turn the whole cup into a gel-like consistency within a few minutes Be almost impossible to stir once it gels None of that happened and so this product is Fake!

Does not fully dissolve in water. Very clumpy.
