Best Naturals L-Proline 500 mg 120 Vegetarian Capsules | Amino Acid Dietary Supplement

I have been buying proline for years and years. I take one a day every morning with no ill effects. I'm convinced it is good for my skin so I break open a few capsules and stir the powder into my homemade facial lotion as well. This brand is nice because it is third party tested and the price is very fair.

I recently started taking this with other supplements containing antioxidants . I haven't been using them long but I can tell it's improving my skin. Through my research: Proline and Arginine are very powerful antioxidants and have more effective results than taking collagen supplements.

I take amino acids since I am a vegetarian %26 need more protein. This is just one amino acid I take. I chew the capsules since they are hard to swallow %26 this one has very mild taste.

Good product and price

I have been using L-Proline capsules for approx. 10 yrs. I am soon to be 84 yrs and I believe this product in addition to my other vitamin supplements is responsible for keeping me healthy, agile, energetic and have no aches, pains or medical conditions that require any RX medications. I always receive very good service from Walmart.

So I take proline to maintain supple arteries and skin. Does it work and how would I know that. I do not definitively know that my arteries are more supple with it than without. Having said that I feel better and perform better at things like running and just everyday life with it. Walmart, as per usual, is the master or order execution; fast, well packed, and if need be easy to return to a physical store

I had a severe reaction to this. It was similar to a niacin-like flush but more severe with itchiness. I stopped taking it and reached out to the company but they have not responded. I think it must have some contaminants like niacin in it. I have never had this reaction with other brands.
