Best Naturals L-Tryptophan 500 mg 60 Capsules

I've taken this supplement in the past. It works well to cause a relaxing feeling and off to sleep. I don't know if all brands are equal ingrediants. I chose this 1 for price and quanity. Please if you take any other meds., check with a medical provider before taking this or any other natural or o.t.c. supplemen.t. There is no groggy feeling upon waking.

This really boosted the effects of my melatonin. I, actually, cut them in half, took one when I went to bed..,the other half when I woke at night.

This additional layer of sleep aid (to magnesium, calcium %26 valerian) has given a noticeable level of relaxation %26 deep sleep.

I'm into week 3 and cannot say I have noticed any difference so far! I am very optimistic though! Overall, these capsules are a little over medium sized- they have no scent and no taste whatsoever. I do not notice any weird after taste which is something I worry about lol. I think the price point is very fair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to review, it has Soy based ingredients which is beneficial, did not get a taste when taking the vitamin, effective packaging and help with sleep aid as it's supposed to naturally convert to melatonin

The box was completely flatten, looked like it had been stepped on. the bottle was flattened and cracked as well as the lid which broke the punctured the seal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not try this product due to the pill being made of gelatin. I tried to find the ingredients with in the photos of the package or the description to avoid this however was not successful.

did not work for sleep as the box says it does. Tried it for a week and no results. would not recommend.
