Doctor recommended – works great for me
My doctor recommended this magnesium gluconate and I'm glad I tried it. The tablets are easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach issues. I take them daily and notice better muscle relaxation and overall feeling more balanced. Good quality, solid value for a 180-count bottle, and it does exactly what I was hoping for. Will keep using it.

Effective but BIG
I've taken magnesium before, but I've never had the trouble that I have had with this product. The football shaped uncoated pills are difficult to swallow. I don't normally have an issue taking medication orally.
