Best Naturals Magnesium Glycinate Powder - 1 Pound

Been using for a couple of weeks now and seems fine. Has no flavor which is good as I mix it in a combo with Cherry, Pomegranate or Beet juice. For the price its a good deal mixing it once a day.

I have been using magnesium citrate for nervousness and anxiety. This is magnesium glycinate, which is the best form of magnesium. It's amazing for calmness and helping me to relax and sleep. I love that it's safe and natural Helps to strengthen bones, too.😴

I don't know if this is typical of this brand of Magnesium Glycinate, or I if just got a bad batch, but the taste of this stuff is absolutely horrible. There is nothing that it can be mixed with that can mask its terrible taste. In addition, it does not dissolve well in cold or room-temperature liquids. What you end up with is a glass of foul tasting juice with a gritty, disgusting tasting glob on the bottom. I'm done trying to choke this stuff down - I'm going to throw it away and buy another brand.

Absolutely unpalatable and bitter. I'm not a picky person about taste but to get the right dose I would puke trying to get this powder down. Its way cheaper than pills but totally not worth it if you cant get past the mouth puckering bitterness. But it seems pure so thats a plus....if you can swallow it. I can't. Have to return it.

Best Naturals brand of magnesium glycinate dissolved much better than the previous brand of supplement I tried. However, Best Naturals has a very strong, unpleasant, bitter taste. No matter how strong I make my tea or how much sugar or milk I put in it, I can't cover up the taste of this Mg supplement. My previous supplement had a strong smell, but it had very minimal taste. I don't recommend Best Naturals; there are better-tasting Mg Glycinate supplements available.

after eating many articles about this substance I found out it really doesn't do any good in your body. it's is not effective. therefore a waste of money. and first dose made me regurgitate. terrible
