No problem whatsoever with the item purchased from the seller. However, delivery instructions say wheelchair bound back delivery on deck. They keep throwing it on the ground easy for someone to steal. Also, three doors to go through open a different directions. Can't manage to get package off steps. Need to deliver in the back on the deck no steps needed out the door pick it up. Go back in the house big line green sign with black letters on front says rear delivery plus it's printed on the aluminum siding rear delivery. Ignorant delivery, people inclement weather. They just throw it on the ground in the water and snow.

I like the 5 mg melatonin, but not the gummies. So I was happy to find this. I packed it for a trip so haven't used this yet.

They are average size pills and are easy to wash down with water. They make me sleepy but I don't seem to stay asleep for an extended time.
