Use CAUTION!
Wow! First off, taste it. It heats up on your tongue. Second, the serving size suggestion is very high. It suggestions 3.5 tsp. I added 1 tsp to a cup of soup and my nasal passages opened right up - on the first sip! I had to slow down and quickly Google, because I was very surprised. I would go for maybe 1/2 tsp. next time. But that makes it a phenomenal value compared to some of these other price gaugers. Buy it! Buy 2!

Mostly all BHB
If the dose is 3.5 tsp, it tells me that it contains very little potassium. Its great that we now have a safe supplement, that's not capped at 99 mg, but I don't need so much BHB.
