I have been purchasing red cover capsules for a while now to help with hot flashes. I was buying a different brand, but Best Naturals capsules are a higher dosage than the previous brand. Walmart also carried them at a better price!

I use this product to help with bone thinning. In combination with other bone building supplements it works great. My last bone scan was slightly improved. My only problem is red clover in capsule form is very hard to fine.

Sure beats drinking lots of tea at bedtime.

I like the fact that pills are easy to swallow and there was no horrible aftertaste. Easy to open bottle was nice too.
