Very pleased
I am very pleased with these red yeast rice capsules. The capsules are easy to swallow. I have experienced no gastric upset while taking this supplement. The long term effect of lowering my cholesterol awaits to be seen, but in the meantime I feel they are assisting in "gut cleansing". It seems to be a good quality product at a very reasonable price.

FDA warning do not buy from online retailers
Do not buy without going online to read the reviews about the FDA banning this product in the US due to unauthorized ingredients within the supplement that had been found. Started taking and immediately started having extreme lower back pain that wouldn't go away but attributed it to other factors. Pain still hasn't gone away and it's been about 2 weeks of trying various treatments. I can't prove it's related but talk to your doctor about the fda warning before taking this.

Would definitely buy again
I haven't taken it very long but very hopeful it will bring my Cholesterol down by the time I go back to the doctor next month. Will keep using %26 buying until then

Seems fine
I have not had my cholesterol tested since starting on this supplement. But it seems like a good product. I don't notice any side effects.

Well packaged, labels are clear, great value, and capsules are easy to swallow. Time will tell if this formula works for me!
