it's just right not to soft not to firm. it was heavy so had a little difficulty getting it in the house but it opened up perfectly and no complaints!

excellent quality for the size
I purposely got a thin mattress so it would go under a thick mattress topper I have that is too thin on its own. I went for the cheapest with the best reciews but I was surprised by how comfortable it was just on it's own. It's very firm but soft enough I could sleep on it on it's own. It is perfect for going under a mattress topper.

Excellent mattress!!!
Needed a mattress for my loft bed. It arrived fast, nice and clean, just beautiful. I bought it for myself and it feels perfect. Glad I chose this one.

Extremely dissatisfied
it's been 2 days now and the mattress is still at 6 in. not 8 as I purchased. I didn't spend the extra money for a 6 in. mattress. I will request a refund or find a way to return it. I feel the seller may be doing this on purpose knowing people will find it difficult to return. I guess I should have paid more attention to the reviews.

it hurts to lay on this mattress the springs pretty much stab you we tried to put a 3 inch mattress topper on it but it's not enough you still feel the springs. We can't sleep on it. I'm trying to return it but it doesn't fit back in the box after you open it.
