Bestar Pur 25" 3 Drawer Wood Closet Storage Unit in White

I was looking for a wall unit. I turned to Bestar because of my satisfaction with my Illusion Bed purchase from last year. My only disappointment was the door kit I ordered was not designed for the credenza. I was able to work around this with storage boxes. We also changed drawer pulls so they matched. Overall we are very happy.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Cabinets great, however, one of the drawer slides lost some ball bearing. Still works.

This ended up being very functional and ties in well with my remodeled shaker bath cabinets nearby. The drawers slide perfectly, it is sturdy, the shelving is perfect for shoes (top 3). Very happy overall. Took off one star since it seemed a little pricey for a basic tower (simple flat mounding, complex assembly).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE ordered two of these for our new master closet. We received one that was marked 2024 and the other 2021. You could tell the 2021 had been around a little more. The wood/particle board seems softer and the edges weren't as sharp as the 2024. They also had different shelf clips and the drawers stick so much on the 2021 that the cabinet is coming loose from pulling on them. Not the happiest customer for only having in use 30 days.

We purchased 2. These are sturdy, well made but only still only particle board. Some screws were missing and we had to run to the hardware store. Everything needs to be assembled. It took about 3 hrs each. Why do closet pieces cost so much??????

Bad quality, plastic drawer face mounts break when screwed in, and the facial plastic mounts which you are instructed to hammer in break when hammered. Alignment is subpar but passable. If they were supposed to be soft close or something they aren't, I had that impression but I'm too lazy to go back and check the description. Anyways overall pleased as I was able to repair the parts with glue and ingenuity, but Bestar please, can you change the corner brackets and those rubber brackets to all metal? It is needed with a price tag like this.
