I think this is a fabulous supplement, due to other health issues I wanted to try something that would help give my immune system a good boost, and after some research I wanted to try this brand, I was not disappointed, I believe I feel better for taking it, and when I caught a little cold, it only lasted a couple days, not a week or two like I normally deal with, but that was my experience. Purchased after using another BF product and having great results . Can't guarantee this will be perfect all the time but I've survived mono and strep with my kids so far....little to no sleep, work is crazy and I'm feeling better than I have in a long time. Hoping it helps through the fall allergy season as much as it had these last 2 months!

My husband hates gummy supplements so I bought these as a compromise. We have been using them for over a month now. I haven't gotten sick or worn down at all. My husband likes that it's a capsule but he hasn't felt worn down either. Will be buying again once this bottle is gone.
