12/15/25 The topper arrived 2 days early. It came with a small letter opener (cutter) to cut off the plastic shrink wrap so there's no damage to the topper. I did not notice any chemical smell as I opened it. Using the plastic I laid the topper on it outside in my closed-in patio so it could expand in fresh air. The instructions showed to let it expand for 48-72 hrs. The topper looks well made with soft fabric. Even before sleeping on it I think I will be happy with it. If possible I will do an update after sleeping on it. So far so good.

Best sleep ever. I have osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Spine issues from the neck down and man I woke up in a good mood. My husband has back issues and he slept good. I recommend this mattress pad. I bought two other name brand ones that didn't work. So happy with this.

I have found this cooling topper to be the best one I have tried so far. Over the years, I have purchased various toppers for my family's beds, and this one surpasses them all. I highly recommend it for hot sleepers or women experiencing menopause. It does not cause any overheating and is so comfortable that even my four German Shepherds refuse to get off it. The pricing is great for the quality you receive, and unlike most toppers, it does not have a strong odor that requires airing out. I love the straps that keep it down and you can adjust them to fit your mattress. I encourage you to give it a try – you won't be disappointed.

I was surprised at the quality of this topper. I weigh about 190, female, elderly woman and I use this as a topper on my bed all year long. I was having hip and leg pain and this has helped me a lot. I am a side sleeper and this has helped with my side hip pain at night. It is not too firm but also not too soft. I was afraid I would sink into it without support but that hasn't proven to be true. It has little grips on the bottom so it won't slide around. It has elastic straps in each corner that stretch and they are adjustable for almost any mattress size. I bought the full-size topper. It came rolled in a box and I opened it for a day or so on the floor before I used it to give it time to open up. You cannot flip it over to use both sides, but I do flip the top to the bottom etc. so it wears evenly. I use a steamer over the top to refresh it occasionally. I anticipate being able to use this for a year or two before I would have to worry about replacing it as it wears well and evenly and it has held its shape. I would recommend taking the box to the room you will use it in and then open it there to lay it out. I have two stories and managed to get the box upstairs and opened up. It wasn't too heavy for me to get it there.

I needed to find a new mattress topper for our guest room and something to keep my folks cool when they sleep. This 3 in 1 topper was perfect! My dad said he got the best sleep he's had in 5 years! The memory foam and cooling gel were a perfect combo especially during these warm Georgia nights.

I could not afford a new mattress and for years suffered with back and leg pains increased by the old mattress. I was about to have surgery and knew I needed to find something at a lower price. this felt so comfortable and I slept without pain for first time in years. it really helped with my recuperation. I like the straps at each corner to hold it in place better.. I think I just have to remember to move it around and turn over as with any mattress. The reviews said it would smell a few days but I did not find any odor.

Id almost give it a 5 star if not for - can't really feel any "cooling" action going on which was the only reason I chose this specific one. otherwise it's just as the picture shows. I purchased this to use in place of an actual mattress. I needed a bed as close to the floor as I could get, I'm a liter weight person, so hoped I'd be able to pull it off. I'm 5'1" @ 85-90 lbs and I have to say this coupled w the padded mattress cover it's actually 1 of the more comfy beds I've slept on so for that id have to give it a "5 star rating" it was easy breezy to put on my bed. The waiting, leaving it to lie flat 48-72 hours before using it kinda defeats the whole purpose of being in the small bag easy to install point unless you're prepared to sleep elsewhere for 2-4 days. which I of course like most people were not. plus once it grew to advertised size then moving it to my bed would have became another issue for me. I've purchased several mattresses shipped/bought in store before and gave never heard of that requirement??. luckily I'm a lite weight and didn't cause myself any issues for ignoring that requirement. I can't say if I would or would not recommend this to someone. I'm thinking "hoping" my review is 1 chosen to be seen by looky lies because the cooling and wait time may be REALLY important to people. I haven't seen any reviews where others are having issues regarding the cooling, maybe the advertised/recommend mattress bad that was also supposed to be "cooling" is the reason I'm having that issue? the recommended 48-72 hours lying flat somewhere prior to actually using is to me actually a pretty big issue, I can't imagine that I'm the only person purchasing this because my intentions are to use it right away. No OTHER place to lay it flat except on my bed, then would not be able to move it myself onto my bed. kinda mixed feelings. Either way I have NO intentions on returning it, if that helps??

This pad is a joke it is not at all what is described. I'm thinking I'm getting a therapeutic mattress topper. This is nothing but a sponge it's the same material that you get in the eggshell toppers it just don't have the dips in it. It is certainly not worth what I paid for not even close I'm very disappointed

For reference, I am female, 130lbs, as I believe this may be relevant to how mattress toppers are perceived. FALSE ADVERTISING. I will be returning this item immediately and I'm genuinely angry that I went through all this trouble to have nothing to sleep on tonight. this is advertised as 4 inches of memory foam. It is neither of those things. Any old piece of foam is not "memory foam" and this doesn't hold shape for even a split second. It is clearly just a piece of cheap foam with a HALF INCH layer of "cooling memory foam" on top. Absolutely disgusting false advertisement and completely inappropriate for the price point, because at this price point you can get other actual memory foam toppers which is what I expected this to be based on its own description! Realistically all you are paying for is the nice looking cover with straps that it comes in. The foam is an absolute cheap piece of garbage, %26 based on quality it will give out quickly. It is incredibly soft far too soft for anyone actually seeking memory foam to sleep on. Memory foam means a level of firmness and hold. I wouldn't sleep on this or put a guest on it, for fear they'd wake up in terrible pain. As it is, I am unable to sleep on this mattress topper and have to put something on top of it just to survive the night. As a person with a neurological disability sleep is vital and I made a point of purchasing what advertised itself as a memory foam topper only to discover they have made the cheapest item possible to try to pass it off as the real thing. This is part of the gross decline in product quality across the board. Do not buy, you'll regret it.
