We first used this in a hotel in Dubai. Everywhere we have seen it, it was over $1200. I was skeptical about getting this at this price, but its Walmart, JUST TAKE IT BACK if youa are unsatisfied, which you will not be. Forget about the cheap one at the mall, this is amazing!! There are 4 adults in my household and everyone uses this at least once, most likely twice a day and it is phenominal! If you have been thinking about one, or like the one at the mall, or the beauty salon, this is. must! It totally pays for itself. The one at the mall, for 15 minutes is $10-15 dollars. 30 uses and you have paid for this. We have had it for about three weeks now, it gets used about 6-8 times a day, and it has totally paid for itself. We got the 2 year Walmart warranty so no worries. Walmart is fantastic at returning and holding their end of the warranty bargain. You will totally love this thing!! It is well packed, takes 3 minutes to put the two pieces together, and is a superior product. Save your money from going to massages, especially the mall or somewhere you pay and get this.

My husband loves this chair. It's a bit hard and rough for me but he loves the deep massage and thinks it's the best thing ever. One of best gifts I've bought for him.

Outstanding Value. Shipped in one box on pallet via RL carriers (semi) so if your neighbor doesn't accommodate for a drop shipment be prepared to meet the driver. (180lbs) easily maneuvered on a small furniture dolly or carried by two strong people. Almost completely assembled about a 10 min set up. Small in footprint but I'm 5'8” 250 and fit fine. Quality and features are outstanding at this price point.

I got it for $650 about a month ago. I see the price went up a little. A early Christmas gift for my wife, but man I think I use more than her lol! You'll need help getting in the house cause its heavy. or you'll need to open it in your driveway to bring it in. It does have tires on the back end but they don't feel too sturdy to roll around everywhere. Easy set up if your handy but not too difficult if your not. Make sure the air lines are secure on the valves. Comes with instructions in english with pics. Looks sleek and not too bulky. It has to be away from the wall as the zero gravity feature(really nice) leans back and could hit the wall. I have not had any mechanical issues with it and I've used it every other day. I have a physical job and I work out, my feet my back and my neck sometimes hurt. After using it it definitely helps me relax after a hard day. The modes are key. After I found the right modes depending on what muscle I worked for the day,man!! Cons. My wife is 5'1". So she does the bottom part of her body and then leans back and does the top half. I'm 5'5" and its the perfect height from my neck to my feet. It does adjust a few inches taller by pushing down on the springs with your feet when your sitting in it but its does not get shorter. I've tried chairs that are worth $3-5,000 and comparing it yes those have some nice features but for this price to have one of these at home I think is worth it.

This chair was a hit!!! I was scared to purchase for the lack of reviews so i decided to be the first. My mom has been wanting this type of chair for a long time but the prices she was finding was to high. So i decided to do a search and came across the heaven sent deal. When I say its it the best massage chair and the price does it no justice!!!

We just got this chair 3 days ago. It is wonderful! It only took 4 days to arrive and in perfect condition. We purchased the brown chair and the color is a true brown. Very heavy chair. It is worth every penny. I stand on my feet everyday for work and love coming home to this chair. So relaxing after a long days work. I recommend this chair for anyone who suffers neck pain, back pain, feet pain or any other joint pain.

It took me a great while, several months to consider buying a massage chair online without even trying it. I've had frozen shoulder due to some health problems and the nature of work I do. There were a few reviews and I based my decisions on that to invest on something to help me. First, I choose the burgundy color because it matches with the living room furniture. This chair is very heavy, it came on a pallet. Some parts came in pieces like the arms, side and cushions. The heavy part is the chair itself but it has a roller. The instruction was not very clear especially about connecting the air tubes to the chair. I finally went to You Tube hoping for someone to shed some light. I got everything connected and to this day I am still using, enjoying and relaxing on this chair after a hard day's work. It's been a good investment for my health. My children love it so I might hand this over to them as part of their inheritance!!!

This was an excellent purchase. Great gift for my husband's man cave. He loves it and says no need to spend money going to get a massage any more. If you are putting in a small place make sure you measure 50cm in the front and back for the recline.
