Shipping packaging was good but suffered a bit. Instructions OK. Construction solid. Nice to have a couple of spare parts and provision for alternate setups (wheels or no, stacked, ...) nice when things 'just work' as anticipated.

This is a great shelving unit, really heavy duty and solid. However, a critical connector for one of the poles was missing. I already had it 50% assembled so the last thing I wanted to do was return it. Returning for a refund was the only option offered to me so I had to order comparable connectors from Amazon.
