BestOffice Ergonomic Home Office Chair, Adjustable Lumbar Support and Height, with Arms, Black

Received today with all the needed parts and hardware, with some extra/spare, and an illustrated instruction manual. The manual has the contact info (Phone and e-mail). There is a warranty page (only 3 months) for repair, if needed. The assembly is easy and quick, and the finished product looks and functions as intended. Measurements as listed are accurate (Seat width 18.5", back height 19" and full height 36-40"). It is fairly well made and comfortable for a budget midback chair ($35). Please don't compare this to a pricier leather executive high back chair. Of note, there are multiple listings with the same chair pictures, under different names and with different sellers and prices, whether at Walmart or other retailers. Don't be misled by the usual sales gimmicks; it is the same chair. Do your research for the best total price, whether free shipping or not, and totally ignore the name/brand of the chair. Overall, I am satisfied considering the value (Quality and price) of that chair. Recommend and would purchase again if it holds up for a while. Time will tell. Thank you.

Very comfortable, rolls easily, seat firm will not sag, good back support. The chair slides easily under my desk, but that depends on my short height and careful measuring before I selected it. Only two cons: I thought it came with padding on the arms. They are hard but well positioned and will be easy to wipe clean. I wish it came in medium brown. My cats have not yet discovered it! I may have to put something on the seat to keep them from scratching it.

I like that you can choose different colors. It is a decent chair for the price. Hold my weight and the back moves back and forth a bit, a little creaky sometimes and the cushion could be a little bit thicker, but overall I have been able to work 8 hours in it at a time.

I don't know why, there is a small tear on the body of the chair.( I move to new home so until now I can have time to complete it)

An older female person would have difficulty assembling especially if they had no experience doing this. I believe a person weighing more than 180 lbs. or more could not be comfortable sitting due to not wide enough. And definitely DO NOT lean back as it will tip over. But I underestimated if the seat width would accommodate my big butt. But I liked the style just these issues are important for me. I am unable to return as I have thrown the box away. I usually keep a box for returning but I suppose I had a serious senior moment.

It is not designed well. The curve of the back is a little too low which prevents you from sliding back in the seat. There is a wasted 5 inches of seat lost, so the front of the seat barely comes under your legs, it's just under your butt. I think this is what brings all the comments that the chair is too small. It really isn't, just not enough of the seat provided for sitting. I'm not going to return it, but I certainly WOULD NOT recommend it.

Not great. Wiggled from side to side more than my broken-in chair. Looked nice and the price was right, but I ended up returning it before I even gave it a chance. It was also not the most comfortable chair. Good back support but the seat was not good.

DANGEROUS - I do not recommend this chair. On two occasions in less than a month, this chair went straight out from under me. The first time I landed on the floor with a fractured tailbone. The second time, no fracture but no less painful. Buyer beware! My chair will go straight to the trash.

don't bother buying this chair it is a piece of junk. none of the screws match up with the correct holes and everything just falls apart. directions are in bad English so you can tell it's been translated from another language. I'm really regret buying this!

Very poor quality. I raised the chair once and the gas lift got stuck immediately. Now it won’t go down at all and the height adjustment doesn’t work. The chair is unusable. I also tried to disassemble it to return it, but the gas lift is completely stuck and cannot be removed. This is clearly a defective product. I wasted a lot of time and effort on this. I do not recommend this chair.
