Received today with all the needed parts and hardware, with some extra/spare, and an illustrated instruction manual. The manual has the contact info (Phone and e-mail). There is a warranty page (only 3 months) for repair, if needed. The assembly is easy and quick, and the finished product looks and functions as intended. Measurements as listed are accurate (Seat width 18.5", back height 19" and full height 36-40"). It is fairly well made and comfortable for a budget midback chair ($35). Please don't compare this to a pricier leather executive high back chair. Of note, there are multiple listings with the same chair pictures, under different names and with different sellers and prices, whether at Walmart or other retailers. Don't be misled by the usual sales gimmicks; it is the same chair. Do your research for the best total price, whether free shipping or not, and totally ignore the name/brand of the chair. Overall, I am satisfied considering the value (Quality and price) of that chair. Recommend and would purchase again if it holds up for a while. Time will tell. Thank you.

Nice sturdy chair but a bit too high at it's lowest position for my 5'2" height....I'm used to that. I'm 73 and had a bit of a hard time with the assembly. Get an extra pair of hands if you can. I like that the frame that holds the wheels is all metal as my last chair's was plastic and that's where it broke after 3 years use. I'll add that I have 45" hips that just fit between the arms. The arms cannot be left off so you may want to consider that.

At the price point for this chair, I will say that it is a good value. It is a bit hard to line the arms and seat up to get the screws in, but unlike another review, I find the screw holes to be in the right position. For me, it is just an extra chair for my home office. I don't plan on using it every day, or spending a lot of time sitting in it. I couldn't find a decent chair at the thrift shops, and this is small enough for my home. So far, it feels solid.

I like that you can choose different colors. It is a decent chair for the price. Hold my weight and the back moves back and forth a bit, a little creaky sometimes and the cushion could be a little bit thicker, but overall I have been able to work 8 hours in it at a time.

An older female person would have difficulty assembling especially if they had no experience doing this. I believe a person weighing more than 180 lbs. or more could not be comfortable sitting due to not wide enough. And definitely DO NOT lean back as it will tip over. But I underestimated if the seat width would accommodate my big butt. But I liked the style just these issues are important for me. I am unable to return as I have thrown the box away. I usually keep a box for returning but I suppose I had a serious senior moment.

Not great. Wiggled from side to side more than my broken-in chair. Looked nice and the price was right, but I ended up returning it before I even gave it a chance. It was also not the most comfortable chair. Good back support but the seat was not good.

DANGEROUS - I do not recommend this chair. On two occasions in less than a month, this chair went straight out from under me. The first time I landed on the floor with a fractured tailbone. The second time, no fracture but no less painful. Buyer beware! My chair will go straight to the trash.

Very poor quality. I raised the chair once and the gas lift got stuck immediately. Now it won’t go down at all and the height adjustment doesn’t work. The chair is unusable. I also tried to disassemble it to return it, but the gas lift is completely stuck and cannot be removed. This is clearly a defective product. I wasted a lot of time and effort on this. I do not recommend this chair.

If I could rate this a "0" I would. I am an older senior who purchased this. I have a slim figure and this chaired flipped me not once, twice, but 3 times. I am thinking of suing either Walmart or the manufacturer!!!! Do not purchase unless you want a stop at the hospital!

I'm not saying my opinion is for everybody but being 6'2” at 280lbs this chair is totally not built well or sturdy enough enough for me. It is also extremely narrow at only 19.3” wide making it very uncomfortable. This chair is for a kid. Not a grown man like me. Returning this.
