i am 63 and not always able to assemble things due to my arthritis. I was able to put this chair together fairly easily and it's much more comfortable and has back support more than I expected. I have tile floor in my bedroom and it rolls smoothly. Very pleased.

Received today with all the needed parts and hardware, with some extra/spare, and an illustrated instruction manual. The manual has the contact info (Phone and e-mail). There is a warranty page (only 3 months) for repair, if needed. The assembly is easy and quick, and the finished product looks and functions as intended. Measurements as listed are accurate (Seat width 18.5", back height 19" and full height 36-40"). It is fairly well made and comfortable for a budget midback chair ($35). Please don't compare this to a pricier leather executive high back chair. Of note, there are multiple listings with the same chair pictures, under different names and with different sellers and prices, whether at Walmart or other retailers. Don't be misled by the usual sales gimmicks; it is the same chair. Do your research for the best total price, whether free shipping or not, and totally ignore the name/brand of the chair. Overall, I am satisfied considering the value (Quality and price) of that chair. Recommend and would purchase again if it holds up for a while. Time will tell. Thank you.

I have purchased 3 of these chairs. just the right size for my projects. they are a little hard to assemble but if you wait till everything is togethe then tighten all bolts

Love the color, just as pictured. Perfect for a starter office chair, it’s comfortable and lightweight. Moves up and down. Supports weight of up to 250. For reference, I am about 225 and 5”8 and I fit in the chair perfectly fine and so does my boyfriend who is much taller. Great buy for the price!

It's a clumsy chair that is moderately comfortable to sit in. It's very noisy and I wouldn't recommend moving around much in it during meetings as it will make a loud squeaking sound. It's cheap so I can't complain. Does the job as a thrifty office chair.

The nut inserts where the bolts are supposed to alight were not properly seated, once the screws are attempted to be screwed down, the insert stays to spin. Now the chair sits lopsided and cannot put pressure on one side. Very poor quality. Of course it’s excepted from the country of origin, but this item should not be this price or a fraction of it. Let my loss be your gain. Don’t waste your money on this junk

Not great. Wiggled from side to side more than my broken-in chair. Looked nice and the price was right, but I ended up returning it before I even gave it a chance. It was also not the most comfortable chair. Good back support but the seat was not good.

DANGEROUS - I do not recommend this chair. On two occasions in less than a month, this chair went straight out from under me. The first time I landed on the floor with a fractured tailbone. The second time, no fracture but no less painful. Buyer beware! My chair will go straight to the trash.

If I could rate this a "0" I would. I am an older senior who purchased this. I have a slim figure and this chaired flipped me not once, twice, but 3 times. I am thinking of suing either Walmart or the manufacturer!!!! Do not purchase unless you want a stop at the hospital!
