Delivered earlier than expected, happy about that, came neately packaged, UPS handled the Box gently and placed it conveniently for me, The instructions for assembly was easy to understand so it went together rather quickly, The chair is better than I expected and quite comfortable, The quality is also very good, and the price is unbeatable, I'm very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this chair

I really like my new chair. The lumbar support took a minute to get used to which told me I must have been slouching in the old chair which had no support. The Egonomic chair makes me sit straighter so I have no back or shoulder fatigue. This chair has all the features I was looking for. It's comfortable, much smaller than the old chair, very light weight, supportive, free rolling, and fits well with my desk. I would definately recommend the Ergonomic chair to anyone wanting to buy or replace one.

This is a very nice chair. I like the back support because I do have poor posture and I sit in a chair for eight hours a day. It was very easy to assemble. I put it together in like 10 to 15 minutes. I've had it for a while now and it's very sturdy for me. I purchased a seat cushion, which wasn't really needed, but it does help.

For the price it's a good chair for the computer. I'm in it maybe an hour a day. The seat is a bit wobbles a bit, but the chair is somewhat comfortable. Wheels are good and roll with you. the screw holes lined up and the screws have a locktite or something on them, so they don't loosen up.

The assembly is not as easy as you think------not if you are a 70 yr old woman. Back and seat are heavy to hold to screw in assembly------one hole was not even tapped------it had no threads---------the screw wouldn't go in---my chair is 40% assembled------had it for nearly a week------Am very disappointed. why can't you sell already assembled items?

It was very hard to lean forward while sitting in this chair because the chair would fall forward and side from beneath you because there was not enough room for you to sit your butt on the chair seat because of the way the back of the chair is made, which makes it dangerous to sit in this chair because if you lean forward the chair will slide from beneath you.

Came with missing base like some other customers got based on reviews. I think the seller doesn't care and just sell the returned items again. It's a hit or miss with this one. I would suggest not to waste your time and buy from somewhere else, there is a reason this chair is on sale.

The only reason to give it one star rating was because a negative number wasn't available. After a few weeks the seat broke from the post and I fell onto a concrete floor injuring my right shoulder, arm, wrist and knee. When a credit/refund was requested it was denied. Would add photo but, don't have a camera.

I returned this to the Walmart Supercenter marketplace return at store number 1198 address 1515 North Loop 1604 E. in San Antonio, TX 78232 a long time ago and the receipt It's so faded out. I believe it was back in and I can't read it an order number it just says marketplace return and it was with a bunch of three bras two pairs of underwear %26 butterflies @ a bunch of other items and it's original box on unused. There are many items in the order that are showing up as not returned and I don't understand. Why can you look into this? I turned it in the original box unopened along after opening the first one I ordered three bras and two pairs of underwear and returned some butterflies stickers and I don't know if they scanned it in wrong or what is going on because this was a very long time ago, you should have received them by now. Could you please look into this? Can you please look into this because they've already issued me a credit and I don't understand what's going on once I read the reviews and how difficult it was to assemble. I realized I wasn't capable of the task. I'm giving you a good rating in good faith that you'll look into this and issue a refund!
