BestOffice Ergonomic Office Chair, Lumbar Support, Adjustable Height with Armrests for Adults(Black)

Great customer service from the time I placed order to delivery . Would recommend this product

This chair is so comfortable! I love it! It is perfect for me.

Delivery was delayed a couple of days but chair was easy to assemble and is very comfortable and sturdy. Rolls easily

I liked this chair at first glance but sitting in in for awhile hurt my thighs. It is not made for people with thighs. The arms dig into my legs and it hurts after awhile. I liked the price but I should have considered other chairs.

This is the second time I review order. I order 2 but items, received only one chair. Not one communication effort from seller to clear or clarify this matter.

The delivery service was Fedx. Allegedly the Fedx delivery drivers are scamming customers. Allegedly the Fedx driver will leave packages in an unknown place to allow their friends to steal.

I received the chair and unboxed it. I then romptly took box to the recycle center. Once I assembled it and sat down the cylinder does not hold any weight. Once anyone sits on it it loweres to bottom position. I can't return as it's assembled and the box is gone.

The chair freaking broke and launched me into the floor face first and this company did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation.

It was damaged when I got it, the base of the chair where the wheels go. One of the arms was completely broke off, and someone still packed it up and shipped it off.

Cheaply manufcatured. the casters dont fit into the wheel base, didnt come with instructions, half of the pieces are damaged.
