There was stuffing poking out frm under the leather and bolts. It was very hard to attach the arms to the back of the chair, we had to hold the pieces together very hard to be able to get the screw into the bolt and screwed in tightly. We were also sure we ordered this same chair but it could hold 300lbs, our instructions claimed it could only hold 250lbs. Overall a good product, we can work around the current assemby issues.

Already had this exact chair that a friend handed down to me. Mind you that they were way over 250 lbs, they plopped into it a lot, and the chair was about two years old by time i got it. A year later the "L" brackets gave out. Which is fine considering the previous owner. Now I'm in need of a new chair. As I'm looking for one, I come across the same exect one. This one. I thought to myself if it took all that weight and abuse from them before I got it, I wonder how a new one would do me, bc i take care of my stuff. Soooo... I am in love with this chair. I bought it for my sewing room and works perfectly for those needs. It is extremely comfortable while using one of my machines, it rolls easily on the plastic mat I have, but rolls fairly well on the carpet too. The arm rest lifts up out of the way when I need a bit more space to work on a project. It is so comfortable that sometimes I just sit an watch a movie in it. I like the massage feature and wish the unit was bit longer to cover the entire back not just the lower part. However, I do wish it was able to plug directly into an outlet. It has a USB cord, I bought an extension cord with outlets and USB ports so that works fine. The cord is a bit short in my opinion, but long enough to be functional. I also like that the neck pillow, which actually sits behind the head which makes for an awkward angle for the neck after a while, is removable.

Easy to assemble, comfortable chair to game for hours. the lumbar isn't the most comfortable, and the rocking feature doesn't move as much as I would like. Nice gaming chair overall for under $100

This chair only lasted 3 months! Got it for my son on his birthday! The springs popped out right where you sit and it hurts! Cant even get a hold of the seller! Tried so many times! It was great till it wasnt! So disappointed it lasted 3 months! Now my son sits on a box!

i had this chair for 3 days. it didn't last long. today i leaned back in it and the side broke in half.

Scratches all over the metal spikes directly out of box. QC isnt good. The chair is completely uncomfortable and Im not sure whose spine is shaped this way?! Theres a huge gap between the headrest and lumbar support where the rest of the spine doesnt have anywhere to rest. I will be returning.

Broke after 2 days.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This chair came with a rip and the arm piece broke with in a day of my 160lbs son. It’s junk. Don’t buy it.
