I bought two of these for my hubby and me. These are comfy, easy to assemble. Pro: lumbar support makes no back aches at all. arm rests are different and sturdier. Cons: I bought one in one color and had to choose a diff color because they sold out. However, black and white matches anything so no harm done. The casters roll lightly. Head support is moves a bit up and down, so that's nice to reposition your neck. Husband loves his chair, so do I and as hardcore gamers, these chairs are a great value for the price. Will be ordering this chair from this company again. Beware of the arm rests on the others that fake the look of this chair, I had to return one thinking it was this company with a similar name and look of chair... it was not. Lightweight.

Very happy with this chair,I have back problems and it is even comfortable for me. Bought for our grandson. I would recommend this chair highly. Wish it came in more colors though.

This chair is extremely comfortable and was so easy to assemble! The extra pillow on the lower back wasn't that comfortable but we moved it and it was great!

we purchased for my son 10th birthday he loves his chair because it does 360 turns in a reply with the extra pillow was a plus easy to wipe off easy to assemble

The arms of the chair when tightened they would just keep turning. I got the chair for my grandson who weighs about 170 pounds. I know the chair will not hold him the arms. I was really disappointed in the way the arms of the chair were made.

MORE CONS THAN PROS! Would not recommend, even on sale for $80... spend the extra money and get any other chair. pros: easy assembly, took me about 10 minutes without instructions. headrest pillow was pretty comfy. Cons: the armrests are way to low to sit properly and comfortably, if you're taller than 5'6 youll have to slouch if you want to sit back and use the armrest.. the chair is very wobbly becuse there are not set screws for the piston so its just a loose fit. not much cushion so you feel the skeleton of the chair

i recieved this chair on February 20th.. It broke May 17th. Less than 3 months. but when i contacted them they said my 90 days was over because it was ordered on the 15th. the bolt completed snapped and my husband could have been dumped backward. Thankfully he wasnt.

My chair came with a long tear in it. Messed up the whole beautiful look. No one wants to recieve things that's torn up already.

chair came with out the seat. returned it been waiting almost 3 weeks for my money back with no response stay clear of this company BEWARE they do not respond or refund you NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM HERE

Ordered online for Black Friday deal and tucked it away for Xmas. We went to put it together and one of the support arms looks like it's been cut off at the bolt holes and smashed.
