It came with a broken rod, I asked for a replacement rod and Factory Direct Wholesale promptly sent ANOTHER ENTIRE PLAYPEN. I would have settled for a partial refund if they couldn't send the individual part, but instead they just sent me another playpen with almost no questions asked. It seems like good enough quality just a minor crack on one of the rods that caused it to snap in half, easy enough fabricate out of a 3/16" steel rod, just got to pick one up for 5 bucks at Lowes.

This is.a.good.quality play pen for small animals. it even works for.rabbits. As always the oets should be supervised. The pen is easy to assemble and the rods that connect the panels are also the stakes to hold it in place. it also makes a great travel pen

I like the heavy duty pet play area, had a problem with delivery but was resolved and I ordered two more sets of 8 so that my dogs have more fenced in area to run around, I like that there is no need for digging holes . It took us about 20 minutes to figure out the method of hooking them together they look great and my dogs are safe. Would buy again if I need to enclose a larger area. It make a great looking fence and the price was reasonable

I purchased three and hooked together. Great space for my Yorkies to run and play. Well made and attractive.

Have two Weimaraner puppies who are bruisers...wasn't sure this would be sturdy enough, but it is! Also larger than expected which is great! This was a life-saver for us. Can move it outside on nice days. Great price for what you get.

Like defense a lot works very well, but it needs to have at least one more stake to be able to do all of the diagrams that they show you it can do had to go buy 1 to make it work for me and are animals.

This fence would be fine for small dogs. It would be no challenge for a medium to large dog.The panels are 40 inches High x 30 inches wide. Extremely easy to assemble.

I ordered about 6 sets of these. I will order more to finish out going around the front yard for our puppies to play. They seem pretty good except the rods that hold them down are flemsy. I want to get some from lowes that would be more sturdy.

fence is very nice, but the rods they expect to hold it all up look like stretched wire hangers! I have had to order upost to reinforce. Gates are very narrow. I'm not a big person and I have to turn sideways to go thru without hitting the fence. So, fence is nice install equipment bombed big time.

I ordered two of them because I already have one and liked it. Well, I did not get what I wanted. Meaning it is not like what is pictured, and the quality is not good like my current one either. They were both dented when I received them too!
